These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via the Internet at www.genoalamp.it and www.genoalamp.com belonging to Genoalamp Srl Mura di S. Chiara, 5r - 16128 , Genova - Italy , c.f. & VAT. : 00293380101 , registered with the Register of Companies of Genova REA n ° 123153 .
1 ) Acceptance of the general conditions of sale .
1.1) The contract between Genoalamp s.r.l and the Customer shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Genoalamp Srl. as described in sections 2.2, 3.1, 3.2 . . The order confirmation is sent by email as soon as the order itself be verified.
2.4) In the case of sales through coupon promotions, the order will be accepted only if closely related to the coupon itself. Any purchases made with coupon not related will not be accepted.

3.1) The order status is only viewable by customers registered in the " Customer Area" of Genoalamp.it .
3.2) The total or partial non-acceptance will be communicated via email .

4.2 ) Credit Card :

5 Mode of delivery:

8.1) All products sold by Genoalamp s.r.l are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24 months warranty for defects of conformity, in accordance with Decree 24/02. To qualify for the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice .
8.2) The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described on the site or in the documentation included in the packaging of the product. 8.3) The guarantee of 24 months in accordance with Decree 24/ 02 applies to products that present a conformity defect , provided the product is used correctly , in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation . 8.4) The replacements in case of DOA ( Dead On Arrival: Product not working on delivery ) occur only if expressly provided by the manufacturer . The timing of replacement or repair of any product depends solely on the policies of the manufacturer .
8.5) In the event that , for whatever reason , was not able to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced) , Genoalamp Srl. will proceed at its own discretion to refund the entire amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics .
8.6 ) No damage may be required to Genoalamp Srl. for any delays in repairs or replacements.
