All products sold by Genoalamp s.r.l are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, private consumers also enjoy the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, in accordance with Decree 24/02. To qualify for the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice.

In the unfortunate event that a product sold by us may be faulty or malfunctioning please contact us at sales@genoalamp.it, one of our technicians or possibly a manufacturer's technical assess whether the problem can be solved without the return of the product (eg bulb or faulty wiring, etc.).

If our technical support confirms the fault, you will be given an RMA number (Return Merchandise authorization) with which you can return the product for repair or replacement.

The costs of returning and reshipping are free of charge within ten days of delivery (DOA), later, the return will be made by and at the expense of the customer, the return against Genoalamp (valid only for Italy).

Please note that for the private consumer is the person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating in the order form a reference to VAT, the private consumer benefits from the guarantee of the seller (two years after delivery) including 1 year of manufacturer's standard warranty (1 year from delivery), please note that for professional user defined as those who buy for business purposes, ie with a VAT, the professional user benefits only warranty conventional producer (1 year after delivery, unless extension has been granted by the manufacturer)
