Customer Satisfaction
Some call it Recess, we call it "Customer Satisfaction", if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Genoalamp guarantee it 100%.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product when it arrives, you have 14 calendar days to make and receive a refund or exchange it for another article. Write to sales@genoalamp.it or call us at (+39) 010-585747 and we will take care of your return.
We ask you not to use the product, rendercelo in the same condition as received, to send in one made the products delivered in the same order, and contact us before returning them to have the RMA number (return merchandise authorized) correctly.
The refund will be made after receiving and verifying the correct functioning of the goods.
All notes are in the legal conditions of sale.
