How does Genoalamp ship?
Genoalamp entrusts its shipments to the TNT Express Courier. The courier delivers during the day (not in the evening after 6pm, not on Saturdays), if he can't find anyone, he leaves a notice and returns for delivery two more times. If you find the notice, you can contact the courier by following the instructions on it. It is always better to indicate a place of delivery where there is someone to receive the shipment during office hours, for example a neighbour, relatives or even better at the workplace.
How much is the transport ?
By purchasing at least 130 Euros of goods, you will receive the ordered items directly to your home in Italy at no transport cost. For orders under 130 Euros the cost for deliveries in Italy will be 12 Euros.
During the purchase phase, all prices are specified according to the country of shipment.
Does Genoalamp ship abroad?
We ship worldwide using the TNT express courier. Shipping costs are visible simply by placing a product in the cart. For some states or for particularly bulky shipments, we prefer to calculate the precise amount and communicate it before payment.
How do I pay for my purchases on Genoalamp?
Each product sheet specifies the payment methods for the selected item, in general there are two payment methods. Bank Transfer: if everything is available, we will ship as soon as the transfer is credited to our account, we do not recommend it if the order is urgent. Before sending the transfer, wait strictly for our order confirmation. Credit Card: we accept Visa, Mastercard, Postepay Visa/Mastercard. The transaction takes place in total security on our bank's server. If all available, we will ship immediately.
Are the prices indicated VAT included or VAT excluded?
For Italy and EU countries, the site prices are displayed including VAT. All the rest of the world: prices are to be understood as VAT excluded. (VAT is automatically separated when you enter a non-EU country as a destination). For all destinations in Italy and the EU, the applicable prices are VAT included. If the destination is different from the one recognized automatically, enter the new destination in the appropriate fields on the screen. Citizens of the European Union must pay the VAT (value added tax) applied by the State in which they make purchases; if you purchase with the destination of the goods in Italy or the EU, the price to consider is always VAT included, if, on the other hand, you make a purchase to a non-European country (e.g. Switzerland) the price to consider is VAT excluded. But then who is not European pays less? Absolutely not! Pay the price without VAT to Genoalamp, and pay the customs duties and VAT of your country to the courier upon delivery, the final price may be more or less equal to the price including VAT, it depends on the tax policies of the country of destination of the goods. It is not possible to request a change in the VAT regime after the invoice has been issued. Non-EU citizens (e.g. Swiss) who intend to receive the order in Italy and then export it outside the EU, must absolutely specify it when ordering, pay the amount including VAT by credit card, go to the Italian customs with the goods and the original invoice (excluding VAT), and return the original invoice to us within 30 days, stamped and authenticated by the Italian customs. Upon receipt of the invoice, we will refund the VAT paid in advance by crediting your credit card.
