Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Postepay, Vis a / Mastercard. The transaction takes place safely on a server of our bank (Banca Sella). If all items ordered are available, we will ship right away.

The Genoalamp, to protect buyers who buy with credit card, uses the 3D Secure system.

The 3D Secure is a system of anti-fraud investigated by the international Visa (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard (MasterCard SecureCode).

The International Circuits have decided to adopt security protocols for e-commerce as the operator and the consumer involved in a purchase on the Internet does not have the ability to ascertain the true identity of the counterparty. This creates the possibility of online fraud committed using a network card numbers stolen maybe in the real world (such as payment receipts thrown away so carelessly), unbeknownst to their legitimate owners. The new security protocols then provide the consumer demonstrates its identity through the use of identification codes (such as their personal password) that are not found on the card and on the receipts of payment.

Credit Card: the purchase process by credit card is done in two phases, the first phase is one in which, by entering your card details on the site of our bank (and therefore outside of our website), make available the amount of your purchase, and the second is the actual transaction, ie the time when the money is debited from your card, this phase is contextual to the shipment if all products are in stock, takes place within 7 days in theother cases, the amount chargeable may be equal to or less (partial shipment) amount booked, but never higher.

Caution! The shipment will be prepared according to the availability of what you ordered.
At the discretion of Genoalamp or if the order amount is above € 2,000 (including VAT) for articles or products to measure or indication customer specification, Genoalamp reserves the right to require payment in advance of delivery request, to be paid by bank transfer. 
The repayments of orders whose payment method is bank transfer are made by bank transfer, redemption orders whose payment method is credit card payment occur diverting credit card.
